Company background

Emmanouil family has been operating in the textile industry for 150 years, starting in Bursa in Asia Minor. The first generation produced  bath towels, in which Bursa had tradition, and silk.

After 1922, moving to Greece, the company started the production of silk fabrics and clothing. From 1973 the company renamed itself as Splend Emmanouil and started the production of jacquard upholstery fabrics, throws and priestly fabrics.

Tehcnology

The quality of the textiles is ensured by modern weaving machines such as SULZER, PICANOL, PIGNONE FAST of high productivity and with capita jacquard STAUBLI and finishing machines that enable the implementation of special fabric treatments, eg ironing, waterproof.
